Welcome to VT Pet Waste, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide pet waste removal and disposal services at the address(es) you specify. Our services include collecting pet waste from your yard and disposing of it in accordance with applicable health and environmental regulations.

3. Service Schedule

  • Service frequency and schedule will be agreed upon at the time of service signup.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to perform services on the scheduled dates. However, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure pets are secured or supervised during the service window for safety.

  • Clear access to the areas requiring cleaning.

  • Notify us of any special instructions, hazards, or restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices will be provided upon request or in the service agreement.

  • Payments are due weekly.

  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

  • Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already performed.

7. Liability

  • We will take reasonable care to perform services safely and professionally.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, pets, or property defects.

  • We are not responsible for any injury to pets or persons during or after service unless caused by our negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 24 hours written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to provide and improve our services. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vermont, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
